As a starting point for discussion, the consultation document considers 4 key themes around which the policy could contribute and asks a set of 12 related questions. Greenspace Funding Boosts Access in Central Belt


A new canoe trail from Edinburgh to Glasgow and a new ‘Gateway’ to Scotland’s National Tree Collections are just two of the nine greenspace projects to share funding of nearly £500,000.

The additional funding, from the Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) Development Fund, has been awarded to projects right across the central belt which enhances access to a high quality environment.

Vacancy on the HLF Board


The National Heritage Memorial Fund and Heritage Lottery Fund are looking for Trustees to help make decisions on matters of policy, NHMF funding and HLF grants of £2million and over. Trustees will also be invited to attend project openings and may be asked to engage with the media and speak on behalf of the organisation at public events.
