Planning for this year’s Forum is well underway. Last month we confirmed speakers from Atelier Dreisteitl and the South Pennine Watershed Landscape project. This month we are delighted to let you know of two further International speakers:

Dr. Gyeng Chul Kim, President of the Korean Transport Institute speaking about the Cheongyecheon Restoration Project; and

Michael Schwarze-Rodrian, Director of the Department & EU Representative of the Regional Association Ruhr speaking about the response to vacant land and derelict structures in the Ruhr and how this has led to world class parks and new uses, for example IBA Emscher Park and Zollverein.

We will get our booking system set up shortly so you can book your place.

Want to get more involved in the Forum?

We are looking to encourage your participation in the day and the online booking will include HAVE YOUR SAY for those wishing to get their hands on the microphone for two to five minute updates, anecdotes or calls to action and WIN IDEAS FUNDING for those brave enough to make a presentation before our ‘dragon’s den’ panel. Look out for details in the next few weeks.
