10,000 raingardens is our latest flagship CSGN project, currently in development with the Scottish Green Infrastructure Forum. Raingardens are a natural solution to help prevent surface water flooding after heavy rainfall, and also provide a range of biodiversity and climate change benefits. Raingardens and other similar green infrastructure come in many designs, harvesting rainwater to slowly release it back into the water cycle at a manageable pace. The project will make a real on-the-ground difference to communities across central Scotland, strengthening their resilience to the effects of climate change.
You may also be interested in having your own raingarden, green roof or green wall at your work premises. This is another way to actively support the delivery of the CSGN, or enhance your sponsorship package.
